最快方式：在 App 内直接删除
如果你开启过「历史记录保存」：打开 App → 右上角进入设置 → 「历史记录保存」下方点「清除已保存的记录」 → 确认。云端保存的饮食记录、体重、档案与照片将被一次性全部删除；关闭开关即停止保存。
如果你从未开启过「历史记录保存」：你的所有数据（饮食记录、照片、档案）只存在你的手机本地，我们的服务器上没有副本——卸载 App 即完成全部删除。
邮件申请（备用途径）
无法使用 App 时，可发邮件至 support@whaloom.com，主题「EatCam 数据删除请求」，并尽量附上 App 设置中的设备信息以便定位。我们将在 30 天内完成删除并回复确认。
删除范围与保留说明
- 清除将移除：云端保存的饮食记录快照、体重记录、身体档案与照片。
- 手机本地数据不受影响，可在 App 内逐条删除或卸载 App 清除。
- 订阅由 Apple/Google 管理，清除记录不会自动取消订阅，请在系统的订阅设置中取消。
- 服务器侧仅保留以「匿名设备标识 + 日期」聚合的用量计数（不超过 12 个月），不含任何可识别你身份的内容。

Fastest: delete inside the app
If you ever turned on "Save history": open the app → Settings (top-right) → under "Save history" tap "Clear saved history" → confirm. Your saved diary, weight records, profile and photos are erased in one step; turning the switch off stops saving.
If you never turned on "Save history": all your data (diary, photos, profile) lives only on your phone — our servers hold no copy. Uninstalling the app deletes everything.
By email (fallback)
If you cannot use the app, email support@whaloom.com with the subject "EatCam Data Deletion Request", including the device info shown in the app settings if possible. We complete deletion and confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted, what is kept
- Clearing removes: the saved diary snapshot, weight records, profile and photos.
- Data on your phone is unaffected; delete entries in-app or uninstall to clear it.
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple/Google and are not cancelled automatically — cancel in your system subscription settings.
- Server-side we retain only usage counters aggregated by anonymous device ID and day (max 12 months), containing nothing that identifies you.
